After a long process of empanelment, we were assigned three of the most difficult cases to deal with. All the NPA instances among them were 5 to 8 years old bearing critical issues and no possibility of any attachment of property
We began with a positive outlook and solved one of the cases under OTS (One Time Settlement) within the first year itself, providing us a sizable thrust and positive image with banks.
We further advised the bank for prompt legal action with a case since it was a case of fraudulence. The last account was also settled in next year by OTS
It was a peculiar case in terms of legal issues, since he defaulted again and we enabled OTS thrice, finally closing the case in March 2018
